The Carriage House is hosting its annual Family Harvest Dinner on Thursday, November 16, at 5:00 pm.  Bring your family in to share a meal with your loved one and the other families and residents of the Carriage House.

The Carriage House will be providing ham, scalloped potatoes, corn, coffee, lemonade, and fruit punch.  We are asking families to provide the desserts for the dinner. Families will need to provide their own place settings as well (plates, plasticware, napkins, cups).

Please call Kristi (684-2303) to make your family’s reservation, with the number attending, by Thursday, November 9. You may also visit the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board by Kristi’s door.
*Limit 4 people per family

Massages will be offered weekly* to Carriage House residents by a Licensed Massage Therapist on Wednesdays.  Each massage is ten to fifteen minutes in duration for a small fee.  If you are interested in having your loved one experience a massage for the elderly, please call Wendy Kloha, at 989-684-2303, Ext.136.

Geriatric massage can help enhance blood circulation, combat depression, improve balance, and can be especially helpful for maintaining and improving overall health as we age. Since the holidays are right around the corner you may want to give the gift of a relaxing massage to a loved one residing at the Carriage House.
*Therapist will only be available if there is enough interest on scheduled Wednesday.
