The Carriage House Campus is a community devoted to Senior Living, encompassing Independent and Assisted living, Short-term rehabilitation and Long-term care. The Carriage House is a 165-bed Medicare/Medicaid-certified health and rehabilitation center.

Occupational Therapy
We provide supervision or assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitoring of resident activities to help to ensure their health, safety, and well-being.
Rehabilitation
The Carriage House's Rehabilitation Program is involved in the treatment of disorders of the musculoskeletal system and it’s interaction with physical movement. 
Community
The Carriage House also provides complete skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to meet the post-hospital needs and long-term care needs of our patients and residents.

Helen Meyer
Helen was born on December 6, 1923 in Holland, Michigan to William and Anne Reed. Helen has two brothers, one of which still resides in Holland. She graduated from Holland High.

Family Council

The Carriage House would like to invite family members to join our Family Council.  

This is an opportunity to get family members involved in the facility and will focus on discussing current events happening in facility, presentations on specific subjects (dementia, Parkinson's, hospice, Medicare/Medicaid), and a platform to discuss their concerns and suggestions and solutions.

The ultimate goal of physical therapy is to restore maximal functional independence to each individual.


Speech-Language Therapy
Speech-language pathology is the study of disorders that affect a person’s speech, language, cognition, voice disorders, swallowing disorders
and the rehabilitative or corrective treatment of physical and/or cognitive deficits/disorders resulting in difficulty with communication and/or swallowing.


Pain Management
The Carriage House Health & Rehabilitation Center provides a comprehensive pain management
team approach which evaluates, treats and determines individualized interventions to provide pain relief,  manage chronic pain, improve strength and endurance to assist in returning residents to their maximum level of functioning.
